The V&A exhibition The Golden Age of Couture: Paris and London 1947-1957 opened at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville on June 18. A Member Preview was held on June 17 and was widely attended.
The exhibition highlighted part of the V&A’s magnificent clothing collection and explored the rebirth of high fashion in Europe after World War II.
